Using Microsoft Access
This assignment will teach the basic features of Microsoft Access. The software guide lessons are designed to be used with Access 2000. If you have never used Microsoft Access, please be sure to allow yourself extra time to complete this assignment. I am available to answer questions. Don�t wait until the last minute!
Your printed assignment should consist of at least 3 pages. Like always, the pages MUST be stapled together for full credit.
Step 1
Please read through A1.6 � A1.54 in your Access book so that you are familiar with the basic features of Access. This information will be very useful while completing the assignment.
Step 2
Complete "In The Lab" project 1 on pages A1.57 � A1.58 ("Creating the School Connection Database").
Step 3
Turn in your assignment in class on Thursday, November 29, 2001.
Important Note: Before turning this assignment in, write your full name, student ID number, and Assignment number somewhere on the stapled, printed out sheets. If I do not have your name or the assignment number, or the pages are not stapled, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE FULL CREDIT.
